The Hunger Games p. 168-172

                 Peeta has turned away from Katniss! He is working with people Districts 1, 2, and 4. He even killed a person to gain their trust! It was awful for Katniss to think that the loving boy who gave her bread could be so cruel! She is heartbroken, but I guess the audience is sitting on the edge of their seats to see what she does, but she does nothing except sit. She doesn't get it. One second he was proclaiming his love for her and the next minute he doesn't even care if she is alive. She almost wishes she was dead, she could be, but she chose to live. All she wanted to do was live for Primrose, and she isn't going to die for a silly boy named Peeta
