The Hunger Games p.111-121

                  Katniss is given a beautiful sparkly, orange gown that almost looked like a blazing fire when she walked around. She was most certainly still the girl that was on fire. She was extremely frightened about the interviews. Haymitch said she was horrible when they were practicing. She wants to ace the interview so Peeta will live. She wants Peeta to live so badly. Katniss sat nervously as all of the other candidates went for their interviews. Each candidate got three minutes for the country to get to know them better. Finally, after a long time waiting, Peeta walked into the room. Katniss listens closely as Peeta perfects the interview. The interviewer started asking about a girl he might be fighting for, and he said that it was impossible to be with her. When the interviewer asked who, he said he was in love with Katniss. This was a major shock for her too! She had no idea he was going to do that. They even showed her reaction on camera, and it was mostly a blush. When Katniss finally went into the room, the interviewer asked a bunch of questions about Peeta, and she went with it and said that she loved him too! Katniss was so shocked she did know what to do!
